Hi, my name is Eli- I am looking for a single bedroom/studio to rent, preferably furnished, in the WPB/ Palm Beach Gardens area so I can be closer to work. I would ideally like to move in with in the next week- or by June 1st -the latest! A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I’m yrs old, I recently moved down here to west palm beach, FL from Upstate NY for school, which I’m currently attending part time for graphic design/art. I also work full time at a restaurant in palm beach gardens (mon-sat pm) . When I’m not at work- I’m usually on my computer gaming or working on a design for school. I Am very organized, and take pride in keeping a clean house/room and I do not smoke or party. If needed, I can provide references, as well as proof of employment, etc.
