You would get the upstairs room. It’s like a studio room though, but it has it has a separator around it so it would be private anyways and and it’s only me and my cat downstairs so you would get the upstairs and I would have the closet a walk-in closet available for you but the washer and dryers are so we would both use it but I wouldn’t go through anyone stuff. The cat is the only pet I have and my relate mom‘s cat so I take care of her and it’s just me and her.
