hello everyone, a room is available from June, the old friend is returning to Italy, my girlfriend and I are looking for a clean, quiet person who sees the house as an environment to relax. above all a reliable person to whom we can leave the apartment next year when we leave Berlin for a few years or maybe more. with us there is also a year old dog. the apartment is in a very well connected location, between mitte prenzlawerberg even if the district is friedriechsein. under the house we have M one station from Alexanderplatz. on the opposite side 1 km away is the ring greifswalderstr. we are quiet people we love to travel. we speak Italian, Spanish.
