About me
We are currently looking for an apartment and would like to introduce ourselves as potential tenants. My name is Luis Cardenas, I am years old and have been living in Taiwan for the past years, where I earned my Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. My wife, Amal Smimine, is years old and holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Taiwan. She is currently working as an international sales manager. I have recently accepted a position as a robotics engineer at arculus GmbH in Munich, which requires me to relocate to Germany. I will be arriving in Munich on June , to begin my new role, and I am currently looking for a place to settle. We plan for my wife to join me towards the end of the year, once she has fulfilled her current professional commitments. I am a reliable tenant with a stable income. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and place great value on a clean, well-maintained living environment and respectful relationships with neighbors. In our free time, we enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and jogging in the park to make the most of the fresh air and sunshine. We also appreciate quiet moments, like having breakfast on the balcony while soaking in the morning sun. During our time in Taiwan, we embraced local life by learning Mandarin, which allowed us to better connect with the community and make the most of our stay. As we take this new step in Germany, we are committed to learning German to help us adapt and fully engage with daily life. In the meantime, we would communicate in English.
