I have a private bedroom/bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The other roommate is randomly assigned but the leases are individual. Rent is $650/month and that includes everything (utilities, internet, parking/shuttle to campus, etc). Pets are allowed for an additional fee as well.The current move-in date is set for June 10th, but it can be pushed back closer to the start of the semester if necessary.
