I’m an incoming grad student at John Jay College of Criminal Justice moving from CA :) I am hoping to find a place in early to mid July near Hell’s Kitchen or surrounding areas, but I am open to somewhere farther for the right place! As far as roommate qualities, I am a fairly tidy person and respectful of common areas.
