I am happy to provide more photos of the place if anyone is interested.The property and the community are new construction.The price is all inclusive this covers rent, HOA, Water, Electric, trash, Gym + pool the community provides, and internet.You will have a private bedroom and private bathroom.I currently do not own any pets but I am open to having a discussion if you are interested in bringing one.The place is fully furnished including the bedroom that is for rent but I can have the furniture removed by request.
