I have a basement with a room and a bathroom and a laundry area. Located 5 minute walk from frontenac metro. As well as a 5 minute walk from an IGA and a dollarama. You have a private entrance with access code entrance. I am looking for someone short term for the summer season. There is a bed queen size and a desk in the room. As well as an all in one print and a freezer.
