Just a very busy hard working guy not home to much work a plus hr work week and work on the side as well with rides and stuff stable full time job own a vehicle don’t have much some clothes and a few other things no furniture looking for a nice clean quiet place to sleep eat and shower that’s about it something simple if it’s furnished great I have my own WiFi internet portable so I don’t need cable internet thank you
