Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a room to rent starting July 1 in Hoboken or nearby areas. I’m , originally from South Africa, and just graduated from Mercer University in Georgia. I’ll be working full-time in Midtown Manhattan (near Grand Central) and commuting into the city.
I’m clean, easygoing, and responsible. I’m married (my wife will be joining me in January), and I’m planning to stay for about a year. Ideally looking for a place with a gym, and I’m open to living with a roommate or two if it’s a good fit.
