First time doing this so bare with me lol I have a home and an extra bedroom i do not use. You’d have your own private bathroom. Room is upstairs and so is bathroom. I have cats so if your allergic then it won’t work. Price includes utilities (Gas, wifi, electric, trash) and i work a lot so you won’t really be bothered. I just ask for mutual respect in coming and going having people over. Very down to earth open person. Everything is open, so we’d be sharing the kitchen/living space. 2 Spacious closets included and any storage you may need can be stored in attic or other closets. Does not come furnished.
