Hello! I'm needing to help my parents that live out of state and my lease isn't up until the end of October. I'm clean and don't have pets even though I love them. If you do have pets, you will need to pay a pet deposit to the landlord. I will leave most everything (dishes, towels, and furniture except my mattress, clothes & toiletries. Everything else will stay. Just looking for someone to take over my lease. Thanks so much! 🌷
