Recent transplant from Florida, no criminal history, no pets just starting fresh in a new state. I work from home, cook, clean and stay primarily to myself. I'm looking for a furnished room with bathroom to rent. I have my own vehicle just need a parking space. Prefer downstairs as I have a spinal injury, but I'm not opposed to upstairs if available. I'm an introvert but friendly and currently studying for my tech certification.
