Hello! I am looking to sublease my room ASAP. I accepted a new job and unfortunately I am not home often because of it, so I am looking to live closer to work and family. The room is located on the third floor in this modern house. The house is occupied by 3 other working professionals in their early thirties. Roommates are respectful, friendly, clean, and caring. The room I am subleasing has a private balcony and bathroom. Wish I had the time to furnish it more, but needed to start packing. Tons of natural lighting. Ideal to WFH and borders Culver City. Deposit due would be the rent amount. Utilities are split amongst the roommates (WiFi, gas, water, and electricity).
