Here are the facts:
My name is Michael. I have lived in Las Vegas for the majority of my life & have no intentions of leaving Las Vegas.
What I'm searching for is a 2 bedroom preferably 2 bathroom place to call my own.
I have a very clean background.
I have no felonies.
I'm not wanted by the law.
I owe no collection agencies.
I have no
evictions.
The only real negative factor that has been a bit tasking has to do with my credit. Now this is extremely important that you understand this about me and my credit. My established credit that is.
It's not that I have bad credit in any way. I just don't any credit. At least that will show up on a credit report about myself.
You see my parents had just one child, Me.
So as far as stereotypes are considered I fall into the category of one of those "only child" types, that never left home. Never had to though!
I Never got married and my Mom God bless her never wanted me to leave home. Which is the reason that I have no credit history to speak of.
I find it absolutely outrageous that if you haven't any credit eatablished your either treated just as bad or in some cases worse than a person with bad credit.!?
Please pardon my ranting.
I just feel that I need to explain/defend myself regarding this key factor.
So I will now cross my fingers literally go light a candle and hope to get a response sometime soon.
