Hi, my name is Madison. I am looking for a room to rent as a full time student. I’m in the process of deciding on moving to Corvallis while I attend Oregon State University or moving to Southern California for CSULB or DISD. I would like to move in by November. At this time I’m browsing since it is still early in my decision process.I am looking for a flexible lease. I would prefer a standalone guest house or in-law unit since I have pets and would like to respect others' space. Otherwise, I am happy to rent a room that has a private bathroom if possible. This way I can keep my pets’ belongings away from the main house. I’m responsible, clean, quiet, easy-going, and respectful.Pet Details:🐾 Two indoor-only cats (quiet, clean, litter-trained)🐶 One large, senior dog (sweet with people but doesn’t get along with other pets). I’d prefer to avoid shared pet spaces (hence the guest house/in-law unit preference).
