Backhouse with built in bathroom and kitchen. Two roommates in the front house. We would share the back yard and there’s a giant double sized built in jacuzzi. First months rent and deposit required. Would have to apply with landlord. He’s not too crazy on credit so that’s a plus. Utilities will be included. You’d just have to get your own WiFi. Just cos it doesn’t reach. :)
