WOW ! I can’t believe the that some of ya’ll have sent about renting a room in my home !!! Unbelievable that some say “I am cool” and thats the whole message. If you are seriously interested tell me where you work, how long in Vegas, everything about yourself. I will send lots of pictures after we talk. No cats, ONLY ONE PERSON, no kids, do you have the full move in amount of $, can you pass a background check, any family in town, friends that know you and would give you good references, why you want/need to move, any litigations in the past or on going now, etc etc etc. Do you need furnishings ?? What furniture do you intend on moving in with ??? Do you own your own tv, pc, etc. Are you supplying your own internet and media choices ? I am contacting one person out of the inquiries. Moving in for how long ? This is a 3 bedroom house with a large garage, and it must be cared for and respected. Full kitchen with most any small or large appliances you may need including a built in reverse osmosis so no buying good water etc…. I am not inviting just anyone to move in. Especially those that say “I’m cool”. GET REAL PLEASE !!!! Please include desired move in date. Must have references and a job !!!
