About me
I am a college professor, and design professional. I’ve lived in this house for years – converting it from a former public library into a custom, modern home has been a labor of love. I work from home several days a week. Recently divorced, two adult sons. years old but younger in sprit, designer, motorcycle rider, queer, progressive, feminist, very socially active, out late some nights, but live pretty quietly when home. One small dog — Lulu — who you’ll fall in love with.
I’m emotionally mature, communicative, and I value clear boundaries and mutual respect. I don’t expect us to be best friends (unless that happens naturally), but I’m looking for someone who feels at ease in a non-judgmental, sex-positive, and authenticity-centered space.
With that said, it is vitally important to me that the person I share my living space with is compatible with, and respectful of, my lifestyle. I'm a pan/queer person living a full, joyful life, and practicing ethical non-monogamy. My housemate has to be cool with that.
I’m also a naturist — non-sexual, body-positive nudity is a normal part of life in this home, including in common areas and the backyard. Even though this freedom is important to me, it's negotiable if everything else seems to be a good fit.
In conclusion, you might be a good fit if you...
• Are LGBTQ+ affirming and comfortable around diverse gender/relationship expressions
• Respect privacy and boundaries
• Accepting of non-traditional relationship structures
• Are OK with nudity in shared spaces
• Communicate clearly and handle shared living respectfully
• Are clean and tidy
• Are OK with use
