I am single mom and my son has been staying with his dad more recently so I have a spare room and I am actually willing to take the smaller spare room because I only use my room to sleep so if you have a lot of stuff I would be willing to give the bigger room. Also willing to negotiate the security deposit as well. I just put an amount in there cause it prompted me. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood in Centerville across from the high school. I don’t really have people over hang out with friends. I go over to their place and I just need to find someone to help cover bills. I definitely keep the place clean and I have a cat. His name is Onyx. He is indoor outdoor so he is allowed to go outside. My son comes over some days after school and we have a weekly board game with his dad and another friend on Fridays. I am on Disability and I work part time Instacart so I make my own hours usually mornings and early evening. I am also trying to look into going back to school soon as well if I have the financial aid so I will be pretty busy so I just want to find someone respectful and reliable to help cover bills.
