We are three German exchange students who will be studying at Okanagan College in Kelowna from mid-August to late December . We are interested in renting your property during this specific timeframe.
As responsible students, we maintain a clean, quiet living environment and will treat your property with the utmost respect. We can provide references from our home university and documentation regarding our exchange program if required. We are also prepared to pay an appropriate security deposit.
We would appreciate the opportunity to view the property (via video call if necessary) and discuss rental terms. If our temporary housing needs align with your requirements, we would be delighted to proceed with the rental agreement.
