I'm looking for a one bedroom with attached washroom (or shared, I don't mind!) with girls only, accommodation and a walkable distance to the university of Waterloo! I'm looking for a place just for the Fall Term and Spring Term, as I have my co-op in the winter term. I don't have any allergies to anything, so I don't mind pets or certain foods, I just eat halal food, other than that no restrictions. I'm looking for a place to stay JUST for the Fall Term (September- December), I don't want a 1 year lease or 8 month lease (unless its for Fall and Spring term). The place should also be a walkable distance to UW. The place must be female only!! I prefer a private bathroom, but I don't mind sharing with other girls too. I also prefer having roommates that don't party frequently, as I don't enjoy parties myself and I'm a stem major, so I'm mostly busy studying in my room. My budget is CAD/month INCLUDING UTILITIES!!
