We are looking for someone to take over lease assignment for next school year() at The Metropolitan State College. Private bedroom and bathroom; 5 bedroom floor plan (Greenwich) with 4 other female roommates. Looking for a female student (preferrably) to take over the lease. $ plus utilities. I was told this is cheaper than other places around.
