My roommate is moving back to Colorado at the end of May. I would like someone to move in beginning of June. The rent is $ split between the two of us plus utilities that varies month to month. I have a dog and a cat so pet lover is preffered. I would like a clean roommate and I'd prefer to be friends with whoever I live with. I work mostly evenings and tend to stay up late when I get home. I love art and books and basically anything with crafts.
