I’m looking for a female roommate ( years or older) who is career-focused to share my -bathroom house located just minutes from Downtown, East Riverside, and South Congress.
About the House:
• Located near Parker Lane & E. Oltorf St.
• Parking: Driveway and street parking available
• Laundry: Washer and dryer included
• Kitchen: Gas stove
• Comfort: AC/Heater & hot water
• Pet-friendly: I have a cat and I am okay with dogs.
• Garage - I want this to be the Gym area
• Outdoor space: Spacious house with a large, private fenced backyard.
Room Options & Rent:
• Option 1: Rent one of the 2 bedrooms and share the bathroom. $.
• Option 2: Rent two bedrooms (one can be used as an office) and have your own private bathroom. We can discuss the price .
• Rent doesn’t include bills.
