My opinion doesnt matter. Debbie lived here years. Came for a month or two to find a better place. She did get married and moved on and we stay in touch. Eric and Ryan also agreed to take you call if you like. To whom it may concern, I want to write this roommate referral because if you’re looking for a great place to live with good people, than you found it, LOOK NO MORE. I lived with Mitch as roommates for almost two years and I left only because I had to move to a different State if not ill still be living there. You'll love it. Now if you’re a female like me, I know how scary this can be and more since the room you’re going to rent has no door, only a curtain. I can tell you to be % in peace because Mitch is one of the most respectful guys I’ve ever met and he’ll do whatever’s in his hands to help you and make you feel comfortable. He never even moved that curtain, opened it or went in my room. You wont need anything else, the kitchen is fully packed with everything, I loved it, if I wanted to cook or bake, he really provided every utensil I needed, very comfortable condo overall, but that view tho, so much peace and perfect to eat outside (I always did). I LOVED the fact that you can crank up that A/C since the electricity bill wouldn’t be affected by that since the building has its own system, so that’s awesome, rent comes with everything included, water, electricity, even NETFLIX. I highly recommend Mitch and the building is located in one of the most prestigious areas in Miami. The beach is 3mins away in car and walking distance is mins. It’s paradise, you really won’t regret it. Has a beautiful backyard, like REAAAAALLY PRETTY, a pool, huts, sandbars, the bay, what else can you ask for! Also, something that was very important to me was finding the right person for me and my yorkie and wow, Mitch was an angel to my dog, he is really a dog lover and was so lovable and take care of my princess and for that I’m also VERY grateful!
