Hello!I been living at 3 Lydia Dr for about 6 years now and this place is amazing! My roommate is currently leaving, where we currently have it setup as she has both rooms downstairs as hers and the living room upstairs is our share common space. The 3rd bedroom is also on the 3rd floor (Separated from the 2nd) and hoping to connect with someone that would be a great fit for this space.I consider myself a workaholic but also socialable. I work mainly from home, I am pretty quiet, usually locked in my computer with my headphones for about hr days. I am extremely clean and looking for someone that is clean as well. I never leave dishes piled up, etc...I workout and run daily. I founded my own Artwork company back in called Rebhorn where I design and sell my art on canvases, apparel, and rugs. I also conduct digital marketing for brands and have a lot of professional gear. I don’t mind sharing the equipment either, I love helping others in anyway I can. Last year, I got into music production as a hobby and DJing. I played at Gitano, Ploume NYC, and a few parties in the hamptons last Summer.If interested, would love to show u the place and meet you!
