You’ll have your own bedroom with connected private bath and large walk in closet, and share the kitchen and living area (including a large balcony) with one other person. No alcohol in apartment. Vape is ok, no cigarettes or other actual smoke inside. I work a full time regular work schedule, very light sleeper so must be quiet after ten pm.
