About me
I am relocating to the San Fernando Valley in the first week of October, and I am looking for a long-term rental on private property in the southwestern part of the San Fernando Valley: a guesthouse, ADU, or small house. The space can be semi-furnished or unfurnished. I have one female indoor senior cat. I would like to spend less than $/month, all-inclusive. I am an experienced and reliable pet sitter and property/house sitter; I can assist in these areas and provide a regular on-property presence for security. I am a stable tenant and come with excellent references and a solid work history. This is a legitimate request looking for a long-term rental.
