The house is in a quite neighborhood. It has a small fenced in back yard with a concrete slab patio. All utilities are included in the rent. The shared spaces in the house are the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a driveway and garage available. There are two rooms available and both rooms share a bathroom.In the house currently is myself and my roommate Shawn. We play video games and tend to stay to ourselves but not opposed to being social. I am a musician so there are times I practice or have fellow musicians over, however, I do it around everyone’s requested quite times. There is a husky in the house, however, he is super sweet and listens well. We all have jobs and help each other out when needed.
