Small room but nice house. Plenty of cabinet space and storage. Two car garage and basement. Backyard. Is a ranch style duplex so we do have a neighbor but its fully separated with nothing actually shared. Must love big dogs and be friendly. Rent does not include utilities. Kitchen looks different with only my stuff but table is still there
