Rooms and common spaces come furnished optionally.Tenant assumes responsibility for electricity and internet. Internet and trash are included in the rent. 1 year lease or preferably a 2 year lease is available. No evictions and be able to pass a background check. Asking security deposit equivalent to one months rent and renters insurance policy although this may be negotiable. Will be posting many more pictures. Introduce and tell me a little about yourself.
