Looking for a responsible guest who is clean and private.. The room is furnished(Queen Bed/TV and is 2 blocks from the beach a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment is gated and has cameras. looking for someone who is not a home body. Clean respectful and does not bring many guests. We have numerous of supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants just a couple blocks away. The area is a hidden gem.
