This is a wonderful property! It is a bath! We would love to have college girls live in it. There are so many amenities including a gym, pool, golf simulator, ice baths, pickle ball courts, movie room, and own room/ bathroom. I will be going abroad spring and my room plus be a lot of fun! Your room would be the one downstairs closest to the kitchen, it has the biggest closet!!
