About me

I’m looking for a roommate to share my place with, and I figured I’d introduce myself a bit first. I work from home, so I really value peace, privacy, and a calm environment. I’m big on keeping the space clean and tidy—especially since shared areas are indoors—and I’d appreciate someone who’s mindful of odors and cleanliness too. I don’t smoke and live in a non-smoking community. When I’m not working, I love cooking, going out to eat, hiking, traveling, and taking photos. I don’t have pets, but I’m open to a cat—just a heads up that pet rent would apply if you have one. There’s a security camera outside my unit, and the complex has cameras in the hallways. The community also has regular events and a gym. It’s in a super convenient spot—there’s a thrift store in the same plaza, and across the street are places like Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, Sephora, EOS, and more. I’m cool with guests, but if someone’s planning to stay more than a few nights (or weeks), I’d want to discuss extra rent—this is a home, not a hotel lol. Also, just looking for one roommate.
