nice clean room available in my 4 bedroom house with shared bathroom. utilities included. great neighborhood close to everything you may need. miles from the beach, walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, minutes driving to the freeway. the room is furnished but if you want to bring your own bed or desk that’s fine!
