Bought this house to build a family, that didn’t work out so now just my dog and I. Found 1 roommate so looking for 1 more. I basically want to trade out rent at per hour for someone to cook and grocery shop for me. My other roommate is cleaning and doing laundry etc. basically around hours a week and you will have no housing expenses. Preferably female who enjoys to cook.
