The rooms are currently furnished with new furniture.All the furniture in the living/dining area is also brand new and the backyard with garden is spacious enough for dogs. (I may be fostering a dog from the animal shelter).The gated community includes a playground with half basketball court, a communal pool + jacuzzi, plus access to Meadowood Park and Olympic sized pool. Meadowood Park is right next to the community within 2 minutes walking distance. The property is close to 5 freeways and toll roads as well.Parking is provided in the garage - one per roommate.The utilities (water, gas, electric, trash) are covered up to $ a month. Professional cleaning services are included once a month The substantial monthly condo association fees are also covered.I’m looking for two female working professionals in their thirties and up, nonsmokers, dog lovers preferred.Respectful open communication is a must.
