(High speed WiFi and utilities) Comes with a private office (great for people who work from home) pool, hot tub and huge back yard. Room is fully furnished would just need to bring a mattress and box spring. Would be sharing a bathroom with another tenant. Spare room available for a small fee. Must love dogs as there is a small one in the house, small dogs are preferred. Move in is immediate upon passing a background check.
