The area that I'm looking to fill has unique value; it consists of the guest bedroom, private bath, and beautiful office suite with a built-in office desk, cabinets, and drawers that are all soft-close. There is a gigantic living area upstairs with a large kitchen, counter space galore, bar stools for the kitchen island and a full sized dining room table. The back patio has a BBQ and seating you are free to use.All of the pictures are exact descriptions of what furniture and decore is in the home, available for your personal use.I’m interested in renting on a month-to-month basis to ensure we are a good fit, and because I will most likely be selling the home in Spring . The 2 biggest bedrooms in the house are in the basement, and the basement is a garden level meaning that it gets plenty of sunshine and you can see into the backyard from the basement. The biggest bedroom in the basement has a walk-in closet, the other room is large also and has plenty of closet space.
