Hi there! I’m a laid-back, respectful person who values a peaceful home environment and loves being surrounded by nature. Tampa has been the perfect home base for me—it’s close to beaches, trails, and springs, which I try to enjoy whenever I get the chance. I’m not super outdoorsy day-to-day, but I do love kayaking, beach days, and the occasional adventure when the mood strikes. And yes, I’m absolutely an animal lover! Originally from New Jersey, I also lived in Charleston, SC for a few years before settling in Tampa. I appreciate the balance of city life and natural beauty this area offers. I work full-time in the workers’ comp industry and also run a busy real estate business. My schedule keeps me on the go, but when I’m home, I like things calm, clean, and low-key. I’m tidy, considerate of shared spaces, and generally pretty quiet. As a of the LGBTQ+ community and someone who leans politically liberal, I feel most comfortable with open-minded, inclusive roommates. That said, I get along with all kinds of people as long as there’s mutual respect and good energy.
