I’m looking for a roommate for my lovely octogenarian mom and her beagle, Max. She lives in a beautiful large mobile home in Camarillo with a large shared area. Also a private bedroom and private ensuite bathroom. Very nice side yard and swimming pool and gym right nearby. We are doing a low rent with ALL utilitues covered including wifi, HOA and housecleaning service. My mom has a part time care giver, even though she’s very independent.
