Looking for a roommate to sign onto my current lease as my current roommate is moving out. Decent sized room with a bathroom that does not connect directly, but is just outside the bedroom door. Room will not be furnished, but the living area/kitchen is. The room on the right of the floorplan is the room for rent. Roommate moves out on August th.
