I am a young professional male in the s planning to move into West LA (Preferably Culver City, Playa Vista, Ladera Heights, etc) on July 1st. I have several years of work experience in tech, and recently graduated from an MBA. I am relocating to LA because of my new job in gaming.
I am open to having a roommate for a 2-bed apartment. I am willing to spend $. I am looking into apartments with fine amenities but am good with more affordable choices. I prefer no carpet due to my allergy.
Additionally, I don't smoke, have no pets, and have a relatively quiet, clean lifestyle. I expect my potential roommate to have a lifestyle not too far from mine :)
