My roommate will be leaving sometime next month. You'll have your own bedroom with closet and plenty of closet and storage space in the condo. You'll also have your own bathroom with shower and tub. There's also a clubhouse with workout room and pool. We will have a modern fridge and smart washer/dryer. It's a very spacious and modern condo with central air. I have cats, but they stay in my room.
