Hi there, my roommate is moving out to where his girlfriend lives in Palm Springs. This unit is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I stay in the main bedroom and my roommate has the bedroom next to mine with the bathroom 3 feet away. Also included is the kitchen, living room and patio as well as a laundry room, a parking garage with 2 parking spaces(I use one of them), guest parking and a swimming pool. Small pets are allowed.
