I’m looking for a new place that I can afford to live at on my own, for a studio or one bed I’m looking to spend around 1k, or a two bed with a max budget of k. I would prefer a place with a garage but it’s not a deal breaker. I don’t currently have a credit score but I have 2+ years of rental history.
