Looking for a new roommate in downtown Klamath. Move in date will be sometime in September or October. Building is still somewhat under remodel. Fair warning the kitchen is a bit small. Roommate would have a full bathroom, and the bedroom is pretty spacious. The building was built in the s, so theres no central air, and only old radiators for heat. I do however have an extra AC/heater for the bedroom. MUST BE CLEAN. I like to keep the apartment clean and organized, its an old building, so the last thing I want is pests. I've lived here for over 2 years now and the location is perfect. There's a supermarket 1 block away, and the building is right on mainstreet. Easy access to restaurants, bars, parks, and most things you'll need. I do have a cat, she's very nice, no room for other pets though since they're technically not allowed. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. Including internet, the monthly cost to rent would be .
