Moving to NYC August first (but can do earlier). Budget $ max and looking in upper east side, lower east side, midtown east, Astoria, Long Island city, Williamsburg, or anywhere close to these locations.
I keep my space and shared spaces clean. I work in Cyber Security and outside of this enjoy lifting, snowboarding, and golfing.
