Hi! I’m , female, single mom, Filipino, Registered Nurse. I’m looking for someone compatible to rent out the room downstairs in my house. I’m very welcoming and easy going but I like to keep to my myself as well. This house is so close to the freeway and the mall is literally a minute away! Also, shopping centers and food are literally a minute away as well. Room is fully furnished with bed, dresser drawer, night stand, lights and mini fridge. You’ll have access to kitchen and backyard with patio and pool.
